The bottle overflows through the lidUpdated 17 days ago

These two points should help:

  • Correct filling quantity: Fill the bottle to a maximum of the point where the curve of the bottle shoulder begins. It is better to fill it a little less if you have problems with water leaking out.
  • Press the carbonator button a little less firmly: Especially towards the end of the carbonation process, i.e. when the pressure relief valve is about to activate.


If the lid is sitting crookedly, it often helps to reinsert the seal as follows.


Help with the lid (for orders placed on or after 1 August 2025)

1. Remove the seal and dry all components with a cloth.

2. Place the seal in the centre of the lid and press down.

3. Press down firmly along the edge of the seal.

Help with the lid (for orders placed before 1 August 2025)

1. Remove the seal and dry everything thoroughly.



2. The holes on the edge of the cover are at different distances from the pressure relief grooves (see image).

3. Place the lid in front of you (as shown in the picture above).

4. The seal has two opposing overhangs (visible at 3 and 9 o'clock).

5. Now place the pressure relief valve in the lid (as shown in the following picture).

The overhangs should be at approximately 1 and 7 o'clock.

7. Now press the pressure relief valve straight into the lid.

It should now look like the following image.
