If your carboniser cannot be filled, meaning there is no flowing/squeaking sound when pressing down the bottle at the filling station, please follow these steps:

1. Check carboniser weight: Weigh the carboniser without the bottle body – if it weighs 280/290g, it is already fully filled. This is possible due to functionality tests on our side.
2. Check CO2 cylinder: Ensure that you have screwed in the CO2 cylinder tightly enough. It requires more force than other water carbonators. Nothing will break, so screw it in with full force until the cylinder is secure.
3. Proper filling: Press the bottle firmly down until you hear the flowing sound. Hold the bottle down for 10-15 seconds until the flowing sound stops. The carboniser is full when it weighs 280/290g (without the bottle).
4. Slightly tilt the bottle: If the CO2 does not flow when pressing down, gently move the bottle to different sides while pressing until you find a position where it works.
