Please pay attention to the following:

1. Ensure proper filling: Check if the carboniser has been correctly filled according to the instructions above. When full, it weighs approximately 280/290g (without the bottle body). When empty, it weighs around 240/250g.
2. Press the button correctly: Press the button to the first stop and then press even harder until you hear the CO2 flowing. The harder you press the button, the more the valve opens and the more CO2 can flow into the bottle.

If the carboniser is fully filled and no CO2 flows when pressing the button firmly, it seems that your carboniser is defective. Please contact us at [email protected] to easily receive a replacement.
