How to start with your bottleplusUpdated 3 hours ago

bottleplus is easy and intuitive to use. Here’s how you can make your own sparkling water in just a few steps:

Insert the CO₂ cylinder:
Screw the CO₂ cylinder firmly into the refill station. It requires a bit more force than with other sparkling water makers. Don’t worry—nothing can break, so screw it in with full force until the cylinder is fully seated.
You may hear a short hissing sound. If that happens, just keep screwing it in quickly.

Fill the carboniser:
Place the bottle onto the movable platform of the refill station and press it down firmly for 10–15 seconds until the flowing sound stops. The carboniser is full when it weighs 280–290 g (without the bottle).
Important: Due to our functional tests, the carboniser may already be (almost) full when it arrives, so you might not be able to refill it before the first use.

Fill the bottle with water and add CO₂:
Fill the bottle up to the point where the curve begins. It’s better to add slightly less than too much.
Screw the lid tightly onto the bottle until it is fully closed.
Press the carboniser button until you hear the pressure release. This takes 5–20 seconds, depending on how firmly you press the button. The pressure release can be recognized by a slight “venting” sound.

Shake the bottle and enjoy:
Shake the bottle vigorously (like a cocktail shaker!).
For stronger sparkling water, press the carboniser button again until the pressure release and then shake the bottle once more.
Open the bottle carefully.
