If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have an issue with your bottleplus product, you can initiate a return. Simply follow these steps:
Register the return:
- Contact our customer support via email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Alternatively, you can fill out our return form on the website.
Send the return:
- Pack the product securely so that it arrives back to us without damage.
- In Germany, the return must be done with DHL, and in Austria with the Austrian Post. Else we can not guarantee to receive the return.
Receive a refund:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Important notes:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Personalized items and gift cards are excluded from returns.
