If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have an issue with your bottleplus product, you can initiate a return. Simply follow these steps:

Register the return:

1. Contact our customer support via email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Alternatively, you can fill out our return form on the website.

Send the return:

1. Pack the product securely so that it arrives back to us without damage.
2. In Germany, the return must be done with DHL, and in Austria with the Austrian Post. Else we can not guarantee to receive the return.

Receive a refund:

1. Once we receive and inspect your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Important notes:

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
2. Products must be unused and in their original condition.
3. Personalized items and gift cards are excluded from returns.
