How do I correctly fill the carboniser at the refill station?Updated 4 months ago

To fill the carboniser at the refill station, follow these steps:

1. Firmly screw the CO2 cylinder into the refill station. This requires more force than with other soda makers. Don’t worry about breaking anything; screw it in with full force until the cylinder is fully seated.
2. Press the spark bottle down firmly until you hear the CO2 flowing (a kind of squeaking sound). When you hear the flow noise, continue pressing the bottle down firmly until the noise gradually weakens and then disappears. This takes about 10-15 seconds.
3. If the CO2 does not flow, slightly move the bottle to different sides while pressing down until you find a position where it works. 
4. Lift the bottle vertically upwards from the refill station.

Important:

• The carboniser might already be (almost) fully filled due to our function tests, so you might not need to fill it before the first use.
• The carboniser should only be (re)filled when it is at room temperature.
