Which CO₂ cylinders are compatible with the refill station?
All standard 60 L CO₂ cylinders are compatible with the refill station and your water carbonator.You can use common CO₂ cylinders available on the market.
How much sparkling water can I make with one full CO₂ cylinder?

How long does one taste pod last?
A taste pod lasts for about 3 to 6 liters of water depending on the selected intensity.You’ll get around 3 liters with a strong setting and up to 6 liters with a light setting.When the flavor fades, the pod is used up.
Does the subscription apply to all products?
No, the subscription only covers the taste pods.The taste lid and spark set are delivered once in the first shipment.Your subscription will then include only the pods – sent monthly or every two months, depending on your choice.
How flexible is the subscription?
Very flexible.You can cancel anytime after the second delivery.You can also change your flavor preferences anytime in your customer account – completely up to you.
Why doesn’t the mouthpiece click when I close it?
Not all mouthpieces make a noticeable clicking sound when closed.This is due to slight production variations and is completely normal.The product still works properly even without the click.
Why is the mouthpiece hard to open at first?
The mouthpiece might feel a bit stiff in the beginning.It becomes easier to open with regular use.We recommend being gentle the first time – you can find a short tutorial video in our Help Center.
Why does the flat seal sometimes fall out?
The flat seal may come loose during transport or cleaning.Before using, make sure it is properly placed inside the taste lid.This ensures the system works correctly.
Why is the bottle wet after pressure release?
If you shake the bottle after releasing pressure, some water may come out of the mouthpiece.To avoid this, wait a moment after the pressure sound before opening the mouthpiece.This prevents leftover pressure from pushing water upward.
